Sequoyah Suffers the Shutout

Spirits were high and scores were low tonight at

The Sequoyah Chiefs were defeated by the Johns Creek Gladiators 34 to 0.

With the lost of last week's game from Creekview 24 to 14 behind them, this week could have been their time to claim victory.

The Gladiators lead the first half of the game with a score of 21 to 0, still leaving room for the Chiefs to score in the second half.

However, the Gladiators got a second wind and made yet another touchdown in the third quarter leading with a score of 34.  Although the clock was ticking, Chief supporters cheered and applauded for their team despite the score board.

The Chiefs are 0-2 for the season.
