Community Health Fair

Northside Hospital-Cherokee is sponsoring this event that includes free screenings for heart disease and stroke. These screenings will be administered by healthcare professionals. Other services available at the fair include blood pressure readings, nutrition information and various diseases information. Registration for this event is not required.
