Canton Sluggers Win at Big Chief
With summer ball in full swing, the Canton Baseball team is taking the county by storm.
A group of 10-year-olds that have been playing together since they were 6 and 7-years-old from Creekview, and Cherokee High school districts have been playing hardball in Cherokee this summer.
They joined forces again this summer to play in two tournaments and won both. On June 19, they won the “Park It” tournament at SCRA and July 10 they won the “Battle at the Big Chief” tournament at Tommy Mann Field.
