"Sequoyah High School is renowned locally and statewide for its academic achievement, athletic champions and outstanding fine arts program, and that reputation is continuing to spread at a National level," said Superintendent of Schools Dr. Frank R. Petruzielo, noting that Sequoyah High for the last 10 years has been named to other national best high schools list, including those published by the Washington Post and Newsweek.
