The Holly Springs City Council approved a conditional use permit for the company on Monday.

That is what BRR Architecture, the firm designing the store, told the Holly Springs City Council on Monday, according to the Cherokee Tribune

The store will not have a drive-through pharmacy, quick-lube center or gasoline sales.
