There were not enough Holly Springs City Council members present at tonight's meeting to vote on anything.

Changes to the contract are being discussed. Now it is a 12-month non-compete clause instead of an 18-month clause. Mayor Tim Downing said it was mostly changes in procedural language. Β

Logan proposes a new capital lease with BB&T at 2.35 percent interest. The first payment would be 2012, the last in 2014. This would be for the new vehicles to be purchased.
