Holly Springs To Mull Changes To Regulate Garage Sales
The city council will discuss a proposed change to Chapter 22 of its code to regulate garage sales.
The Holly Springs City Council will discuss possible changes to an ordinance that would regulate garage sales during its work session on Monday.
The work session begins at 7 p.m. at the Holly Springs Municipal Court chambers.
Council members will also discuss amending Chapter 46 of its code, which would add regulations on false alarms throughout the city.

The council will also discuss proposed amendments to its charter, repealing a section in its ordinance regarding charitable solicitations, amending a section of its peddlers and solicitor's ordinance, amendments to the city's master fee schedule and discuss changes to its financial management policy.
