Early Voting Locations in Cherokee

Start casting your ballot at 8:30 a.m.

Early voting for the July 31 general primary began July 9 in Cherokee County.

  • From 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. today through July 20, cast your ballot at the , 400 E. Main St., Canton. 
  • From 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 21 and from 8:30 p.m. a.m. to 7 p.m. July 23-27, cast your ballot at the:
    • Ball Ground Public Library, 435 Old Canton Rd., Ball Ground
    • , 2740 E. Cherokee Dr., Canton
    • , 4476 Towne Lake Pkwy., Woodstock
    • , 7735 Main St., Woodstock

Don't forget to bring identification with you to the polls. Acceptable forms of ID include:

  • Any valid state or federal government issued photo ID, including a free Voter ID Card issued by the county registrar's office or the Georgia Department of Driver Services.
  • A Georgia Driver's License, even if expired
  • Valid employee photo ID from any branch, department, agency or entity of the U.S. Government, Georgia, or any county, municipality, board, authority or other entity of this state
  • Valid U.S. passport ID
  • Valid U.S. military photo ID
  • Valid tribal photo ID
