City Council Looks at Gun Ownership, Park Naming

The Holly Springs City Council on Monday was set to look at gun resolution, park naming.

The Holly Springs City Council on Monday was expected to vote onΒ a resolution that would encourage residents to keep and bear arms. The proposed law for Holly Springs would not go as far as some Georgia cities, such as Kennesaw, which require firearm ownership.Β 

Also on Monday's agenda is a vote on naming the park at 2699 Hickory Road as J.B. Owens Park.
