UPDATE: Auto Driver Arrested After Allegedly Striking Pedestrian
An Acworth man has been arrested for striking a pedestrian in a crosswalk in Cherokee County.
Dalton Mason, 19, was arrested at his home in Acworth on Wednesday morning in connection with an automobile incident
Mason is charged with serious injury by vehicle, failure to stop at a stop sign, and failure to yield to a pedestrian after allegedly hitting Negin Efani in a crosswalk on Highway 92, said Lt. Jay Baker with the
Efani, 19, of Acworth, remains in critical condition at Kennestone Hospital.
