WHS Marching Band's "Great Fruit for a Good Cause"

The Woodstock High School Marching Band will kick off its fall fundraiser on Monday, October 14, 2013. During this year’s sale, students will take orders throughout the community for grove‐fresh Florida navel oranges and Indian River red grapefruit. In addition buyers may choose to order anytime online. The sale, themed “Great Fruit for a Good Cause” is expected to raise much needed funds to support the WHS band program. Our sale will run from October 14 through the 29th, 2013. Supporters may choose 10 lb, 20 lb or 40 lb boxes of grove‐fresh Florida Navel Oranges, Indian River Red Grapefruit or mixed boxes of navel oranges and grapefruit.

Maria Klouda is the Band Boosters’ fundraiser chairperson. Ms. Klouda said of the new drive, “We expect great success this year. After all, everyone loves fresh Florida citrus and this great fruit does benefit a great cause.” Please contact Maria at klouda@comcast.net for more information about the citrus sale.
