Whether you've thought about it for years or a recent problem has shaken your life, there's still a chance to change. With the season for resolutions upon us, will you decide this is the year to change? Will you find a support group, get the help your family needs or break a bad habit?
There are several support groups in the area for those dealing with mental illness. The first, the meets twice a month at Hillside United Methodist Church in Woodstock.
Co-facilitator Patrick Bishop, said he has a child with schizophrenia and the support group talks about "living conditions, different medications and dealing with doctors."

The group, which varies from six to 12 people, provides support for those who have a family member or friend with bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.
Another group for those who live with mental illness is the which meets twice a month at 8534 Main St. in Woodstock.
