Charter School Will Open in August
As the dog days of summer wind down to the start of school, the Charter drama nears an end.
1. Cooler weather is finally on its way, but it's bringing summer storms along with it. The National Weather Service predicts today that will have a high of 82 degrees and a 50 percent chance of rain.
