Arrests and Protests in Cherokee County

1. According to the National Weather Service, today will be mostly sunny with a high near 71 degrees.

2. Elementary schools are serving chicken nuggets or pot pie, rolls, mashed potatoes, green beans, chilled pears and fresh fruit. Middle schools are serving beef ravioli, garlic breadsticks, broccoli and salad. High school menus are up to the cafeteria managers this week.

3. A Ball Ground woman was arrested at a Burger King late Monday night after calling 911 and saying she had been kidnapped by a white male in a gold car. See video from the press conference and listen to her 911 calls
