New Week Brings Free Items

Shopping and saving money can go hand and hand without a fuss. Simply save your coupon inserts each week from the Sunday paper and write the date on the outside cover. Spending just a few minutes planning your trip before you go will save you a lot of money each month.

The buy 10 and save $5 sale is still going on atso be sure to count your items. If you buy the participating products, make sure that you have quantities of 10 before you check out to get that extra $5 savings. 

Tennessee Pride Sausage Gravy is 10 for $10. Use the coupons from the newspaper on June 19 and pay 25 cents each.

Kroger Shredded Cheese is buy one, get one free at $5.99.

Eggo Waffles are $1.99. There were coupons in the AJC on May 28 and Aug. 7 that will give you extra savings. You can also save on milk when you buy these if you can get your hands on the Kroger Happy New School year booklet that should be inside the store if people have not taken them all by now. 

Edy’s Ice Cream is $2.88. Use the coupon from the newspaper on June 12 and save an additional $1 off of two cartons.

Dial or Coast Soap or Liquid Hand Soap are  88 cents each. Use the coupon from the newspaper on Aug. 7 and get it for 18 cents each.

L.A. Looks Styling Gel is on sale for 10 for $10 at Kroger through Septemeber 9. Use the $1 off of one coupon from the July 31 newspaper and get it for free.  

Target has some good bargains this week.

Remember when shopping at Target that they will allow you to use a Target coupon along with a manufacturer coupon for double savings as long as the store coupon does not say it is a manufacturer coupon. Store coupons and manufacturer coupons may be used together. 

Capri Sun  in the 20-pouch box is $3.99. Use the Target printable coupon for additional savings.

Vitaminwater is 88 cents a bottle. Print the Target web coupon and get one free when you buy 2.

KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce is $1 a bottle. There was a coupon in the newspaper on Aug. 21 that will drop this price to 50 cents a bottle. 

Nabisco Munch Packs with 12 individual packages are $3.99. Use the Target printable coupon as well as the coupons in the Aug. 7 newspaper for additional savings. 

Spaghetti-O’s are 68 cents. Use this printable coupon for 50 cents off of 5 cans.  I encourage everyone to buy these and donate them to MUST ministries. 

Ore-Ida Easy Fries Golden Crinkles are 99 cents. Use the coupons from the Aug. 21 newspaper and get an additional $1 off of three. 

Dannon Danimals Smoothies in the 6 pack package are $2 each. There is a Target printable coupon as well as coupons in the Aug. 14 newspaper that will save you more money on them.
