Lots of Free Items this Week

Whether you cut coupons or not, this is a great week to get some free items.

The grocery deals are light this week at the big stores but the free items at the pharmacy stores will keep you busy. Your out-of-pocket amounts will drop some this week for those of you who are smart and buy extra of items when they are on sale so you do not have to pay full price in them in the near future. This is a good thing for many of us who just came back into town and got into this week's grocery budget on our vacations last week. Hopefully, you have extra food in your pantry and freezer and you wont have to go over board on spending at the market this week.

has a regular sale this week and there are not too many excellent deals. Keep reading, however, because the pharmacy store sales are fabulous this week. here are the best buys that I see at Kroger through Saturday.

Imagine Organic Creamy Soups are buy one, get one free at $3.89. Use this or this printable coupon to save more money on this soup.

Wolfgang Puck Organic Soup is buy one, get one free at $3.29.

Zatarains Rice Mix or Pasta Dinner are on sale for 10 for $10. Use the Kroger E-Coupon here or print the same one here.

Mahatma White Rice will be just 9 cents each after the coupon found in the Sept. 11 newspaper.

Chicken of the Sea Chunk Light Tuna is 69 cents a can.

Danimals are on sale for $1.99. use the Aug. 14 newspaper coupon and get them for 99 cents.

The meats that are priced well this week including the following. if you buy one of these on a weekly basis, buy a little extra this week. Put it in your freezer and on a future week when it is full price, you will save money because you will have bought it at a cheaper price. 

Tyson Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts are $1.99 a pound. 

Kroger Value Chicken Drumsticks or Thighs are  $1.19 a pound. 

Whole Boneless New York Strip is $4.99 a pound.

Kroger Ground Beef is $1.99 a pound.

Pork Chops are  $2.79 a pound. 

There are a few non-food items that are good buys this week at Kroger. 

Oral B toothbrushes are on sale for $1. use the coupons from the Aug. 28 newspaper, or from your dentist, and get them very cheaply. 

Disney Vitamins are buy one, get one free. Use the coupon from the Aug 28 newspaper and pay $2.50 each. 

Sundown Vitamins and Supplements are buy one, get one free. Use the coupons from the newspaper on Aug. 28 or Sept. 18 and get a great deal. You can print a coupon here for $1 off as well. 

Natures Bounty Vitamins or Supplements are buy one, get one free. Use the coupons from the Aug. 18 newspaper or from the Sept. 11 newspaper. If you spend $30 before coupons on these, you will get a coupon when you check out good for $5 off of your next grocery bill. 

has some excellent deals and freebies this week. 

Bausch and Lomb ReNu Sensitive is on sale for $8.99. Shoppers will get $7 in Extra Care Bucks good on their next purchase of anything at the store when they buy it. Use this $2 coupon and you can actually make a penny profit for taking them off of the store's hands. 

Excedrin is on sale for 99 cents for the eight-count package. Shoppers will get 99 cents in Extra Care Bucks good on a future purchase of anything at the store when they buy it. This makes them free. 

Select Soft Soap products are on sale for $2.25 each. When you buy two, you will get $4 back in extra Care Bucks. Use the coupons from the newspaper on Sept. 25 and your final price is 25 cents each. 

Schick Quattro Razor for women is on sale for $8.99. There was a $2 off coupon in the newspaper on Sept. 25. Shoppers will also get $4 back in Extra Care Bucks making the final price $2.99 which is a fabulous deal. 

Schick Quattro for women cartridges are on sale for $8.99. Shoppers will get $4 back in Extra Care Bucks when they buy it. Combine this with the $4 coupon from the Sept. 25 newspaper and pay 99 cents for razor blades. 

Colgate Total toothpaste is on sale for $2.99. Shoppers will get $1 back in Extra Care Bucks when they buy it. Combine this with the coupon from the Sept. 11 newspaper and pay under 50 cents each. 

has the following deals for you this week. 

Balance Bars are $1.59. Shoppers will get the same amount back in Register Rewards when they buy one. Use the coupon from the Sept. 11 newspaper and make a profit on it. 

Schick Quattro razors or refills are $8.99. Shoppers will get $5 back in Register Rewards good on their next purchase of anything at the store when they buy it. Use this printable coupon and make a profit of over $1. 

Remington King Razor is $4.99 and shoppers will get the same amount back in Register Rewards, making it free. 

Colgate Optic White Toothpaste is on sale for $3.99. Shoppers will get $6 in Register Rewards when they buy 2. Use the coupons from the Sept. 11 newspaper and make a profit for getting the toothpaste. Buy the toothbrush and pay just 24 cents using the same deal. 

Mentos Up To You Gum is free when you combine the coupon from the Sept. 11 newspaper and the store coupon found in the October booklet at the front of the store. 

Here is the best buy at Target this week.

Nivea body wash for men or women is free when you combine the printable coupon for Target with the newspaper coupon from July 31.
