Too bad that a whole batch of cakes has to be recalled and probably thrown in the garbage just because it didn't list nuts in the ingredients... Nut allergies are usually caused by 'Peanuts' not 'Pecans'... There is a big difference in the two nuts.... Pecans grow on trees; Peanuts grown in the ground (hence the source of the allergies). Have regulations and regulators gotten so 'nuts' that they can't differentiate these facts and exempt the nuts grown on trees?
