There are many great shopping deals and free items this week at the market and local pharmacy stores.

With the holidays coming, there is no better time to start saving money at the grocery store. Television shows portray people spending countless hours scouting stores for deals and coupons, but it really does not have to be that time consuming.

Simply keep your coupon inserts from your Sunday newspapers with the date marked on the outside and come back to Patch each week for the best deals. Patch goes through all of the local ads and reads many websites and blogs to find all of the free items and the very best deals at local stores. Swanson Broth is 49 cents a can. Use the coupon from the Nov. 6 newspaper and it is free.

Swanson Broth in the 43 ounce carton size is $1.49. Use the printable coupon here or the newspaper coupon from Nov. 6 to get it cheaper.

Hormel Chili With Beans or Chili Master is 89 cents a can. This is a good deal even without coupons.

Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken Soups are 49 cents each. Use the coupons from the newspaper on Sept. 11 or Sept. 18 for additional savings. You can also load a coupon to your Kroger card or print one here.

Pam Cooking Spray is on sale for $3.19. Use this printable coupon and save even more on it.

Annie’s Natural Macaroni and Cheese is 69 cents each. There is a coupon on their Facebook page.

On The Border Chips are $1.99. Here is a coupon for additional savings.

Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa Mix is 99 each. Use the coupon from the Oct. 2 newspaper and pay 66 cents a box.

V8 Vegetable Juice or V8 V-Fusion is $2.19. There were coupon sin the newspaper on Oct. 2. There are printable coupons here as well for you.

Land O' Lakes Half & Half is  $2.19. Use this printable coupon for an additional savings of 75 cents.

Aunt Jemima Breakfast Entrees are $1.19. There are printable coupons linked to their Facebook page that will drop the price down another $1.

Pepperidge Farm Bread or Desserts are $1.99 each. use the coupos from the Oct. 16 newspaper and save even more money on them.

Birds Eye Steamfresh Vegetables are $1.49. Use the coupon from the newspaper on Sep. 25 for extra savings.

Kleenex Facial Tissue is 99 cents a box. There were coupons in the newspaper on Oct. 2 and Nov. 6 for extra savings.

Ricola cough drops are 99 cents. There were couposn in the newspaper on Sep. 11 and Oct. 2 that will  make these free.

Softsoap Hand Pump is  $1.67. there was a coupon in the newspaper on Oct. 30 that will drop this price even further.

Jello is 59 cents when you use the coupon in the store ad and coupon from Nov. 6. Combine this with the printable coupon and get three for free.

Crest Toothpaste is $1.99. Shoppers will get $1 back in Register Rewards when they buy it, Combine this with the $1 off coupon from the Oct. 16 or Oct 30 newspaper and get it for free.

There are no free items that I see at this week but there are a couple of good deals at the store.

Jif and Smucker's are two for $5. Shoppers will get $3 back in Extra Care Bucks good off of their next purchase of anything at the store when they buy two, Use the coupons from the Nov. 6 newspaper and the final price will be 65 cents for the Smuckers.

Hallmark Cards are regular price but shoppers will get $3 back in Extra Care Buck good off of your next purchase of anything at the store.

You can also look up your local grocery store or online website Printapons and find a list of the best deals, and the sites will match sale items with coupons.
