Coupon Tips, Great New Bargains

Saving money with coupons is quick and easy when you follow these simple tips.

Saving money at the market is a lot easier than many people think. By combining good sale prices with coupons, shoppers can reduce their grocery bills substantially. Buy extras when you can get a good deal and try to avoid paying full price for groceries. Patch goes through all of the local store circulars and websites to find the very best deals possible. We then, turn and tell you all of these great deals. Just because an item is on sale does not make it a good deal. Everything you see listed on Patch is worthy of buying extra of because these are the best prices that you may see for the next three months or so until the sale cycle comes back around again. We have done the legwork for you.

All you have to do is save your Sunday coupon inserts with the date written on the outside cover. Keep these in a file folder. When you see the date that the coupon came next to an item that you want to buy, you know exactly where to find that coupon. It will take just a few seconds.

When you see a printable coupon that you know you want, print it. These change often. You can usually print two of each coupon from each computer.

I was asked this past week if internet coupons can be photocopied. The answer is no, they can not. Theoretically, they can be copied and they probably will work at the market, but this is coupon fraud and the store will not get reimbursed for these fraudulent coupons. There is a unique serial number on each coupon that is printed and the companies that pay the stores for the coupons do find out that they are fraudulent. So, in my opinion, it is stealing since the local store that you use it at will not get reimbursed for it. And, since it it abusing the system, I think that eventually stores will stop accepting internet coupons out of fear that they are fraudulant and they will not get paid for them if this happens to them. Then, as couponers, we all lose. So, please, do not copy coupons.

And now, on to the great deals. The sale at runs from Thursday until Wednesday.
