Consignment Sales Bring Deals on Clothing

Fall is just around the corner and this means it is  shopping time for seasonal clothing and accessories. August is a popular month for group and church consignment sales for children's name brand items. Those moms who are looking for designer women's items can also get great deals at some local consignment shops and boutiques who offer high end brands at bargain prices. 

The consignment sales for this upcoming weekend in our city and surrounding cities include the following events. 

 consignment sale will be held at in Canton on Friday and Saturday, Aug. 19 and Aug. 20 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This sale offers items for infants through juniors. Volunteers are still needed and those who wish to volunteer can shop early on Thursday night as well as early on Saturday before the sale goes to 50 percent off. North Fulton Mothers of Multiples is having their annual consignment sale of children's items on Aug. 20 from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. 
The event will be at  at 9000 Fouts Road in Roswell. The sale is open to everyone and they have enough items to fill two gyms. Consignors must be members  of the club and therefore must be a parent of twins, triplets or more. For more information, visit their website.

North Metro Mothers of Multiples will have their consignment sale on  Aug. 20 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The sale will be at  and in the Bill Johnson Community Activity Building. It is located at 10495 Woodstock Road in Roswell.

The sale is offering everything for infants and children as well as maternity items. For more information, see their website. 

's children's consignment sale is Aug.19 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Aug. 20 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Aug. 21 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The sale will take place at Restoration Church which is located at 410 Rucker Road in Alpharetta. For more information on this sale, visit this website. 

Select items will be half off on Saturday and Sunday. Sunday shoppers will get 20 percent off if they bring this ad with them. Consignors and volunteers should contact for information. These people will have access to presales.

The following weekend, these consignment sales are planned.

Creekside Mops is hosting their fall consignment sale for children on  Aug. 25 from 8p.m. to 9 p.m., Aug. 26 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Aug. 27 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The sale is located at which is located at 673 Peachtree Parkway in Cumming. 

The sale will have everything for infants through juniors and many items will be half price on Saturday. Guests who come on Thursday will be required to pay a $5 admission fee. All other entrance days are free.
