Cheap Snacks, Free Crayons

Here is a list of the totally free and super cheap items shoppers can get this week.

It looks like another slow shopping week. I don't know if it is the back to school season or what it is, but it just feels like the deals are not so great so far in August. They are out there, and you can still get your freebies this week, but if you are like me, you will not be using your whole shopping budget for the week again. I just know its coming.

If you are new to shopping with coupons, its much easier than you think. Simply save your inserts in a file folder with the date marked on the outside. When Patch lists the date of the coupon being in your newspaper, it will only take you a moment to grab that coupon and cut it out. Spending just a few minutes in preparing to go to the market can save you thousands over the year.

This is the second week of the Kroger Cart Buster sale. The items that were included in last week's sale are still included in this week's sale. The list of great deals at Kroger are almost exactly the same as last week with just a few changes so if it sound familiar when you read it, this is the reason why.
