Super Swimmers

Nearly half of the Bradshaw Barracuda Swim Team records were broken during the 2012 season.

The Bradshaw Farm Barracudas capped their 2012 Cherokee County Summer Swimming Championship with special recognition for the team’s peak performers.

These are the Barracuda “High Point” Award winners:


Boys – Jack & Ben Syers

Girls – Mallory Metraw


Boys – Landon Ballard

Girls – Kamryn Carter


Boys – Michael Minozzi

Girls – Kristina Friedrichs


Boys – Luke Roness

Girls – Kylie Mullings

6 & Under

Boys – Mac McCloskey & Max Derman

Girls – Lainey Blase

Almost half of the Barracuda swimming records were eclipsed during Summer 2012.  These record-breakers were honored:

Grant Davis, Laurel Blase, Evan Sengstock, Nathan Johnson, Brock Freeman, Connor Gelatt, Luke Roness, Sam Minozzi, Connor Johnston, Austin Yearout, Nicholas Janflone, Jaclyn Hill, Ansley Davis, Jordan Weems, Kristina Friedrichs, Sophie Roy, Kamryn Carter, Sara Young, Lindsey Ballard, Kyle Renner, Landon Ballard, Nick Duclos, Michael Vogel, Anna Beth Potter & Kristina Kosloski.

Brianna Hoover & Jack Garnham are the 2012 winners of the Barracuda Coach’s Award.  The Barracuda Spirit Award went to Emmie Taylor & Lauryn Kleiss.  Kyle Renner, Tyler Blackwell & David Hall were honored for being Barracudas for a decade.  The 2012 Bitty Barracuda Award winners are Audrey Crose & Hunter Sample.  Molly Kate Bagwell & Cainan Curtis were recognized for going the Extra Mile

Special recognition was given to those swimmers who showed the most improvement during the summer of 2012: Jenna Thompson, Bryson Shaw, Allison Sparkman, Evan Sengstock, Hannah Becker, Nolan Tully, Ashlee Scales, Jake Conrad & Austin Yap.

Finally, the Barracudas gave a fond farewell to these graduating seniors: Will Bulmer, Lera Gilleland, Mallory Metraw, Taylor Roy, Ryan Turgeon, Stephanie Varner & Nolan Williams.
