The Fine Art of Murals-made simple~!

The Art of painting murals and scenic backdrops! All levels of expertise are welcome.  

A fun and creative class where Scott will guide you in traditional painting techniques as well as tips on how to paint large murals.  We will do several “mini” murals, suitable for framing, on lightweight panels that you will be able to take home. The last mural being 24”x 60” !   You will learn the importance of good design, color and creating depth in your artwork. Develop your ideas rich with color and solid design. Ongoing discussion on the history  of murals and what’s new and different. Bring sketches, photographs, and your ideas to the first class.  This is a great class to learn fundamentals of design, for theatre productions or home theatre rooms
