Where/When: Tanglewood Farms, 171 Tanglewood Dr. Exhibit runs until Feb. 28. Open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Why Go: You'll get to pet and learn about miniature farm animals.

Pricing: Bring a can of soup or mittens for the needy and entrance is $10. 

Event: Night Hike 

Where/When: Chattahoochee Nature Center, 9135 Willeo Rd., Roswell, GA / 7 to 9 p.m. Feb. 26

Why Go? A warm campfire and marshmallows await you at the end of the hike.

Pricing: $10 non-members, $7 members

Event: Winter Art and Clay Camp

When/Where: Earth, Paint and Fire (1025 Rose Creek Dr. Woodstock) Feb. 22-24 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

 Why Go: You won't have to pay thousands for new art pieces for your home. Your kid will also get to dabble in pottery, painting and clay building.

Pricing: All three sessions is $80 plus tax. If you signup a sibling, you get a 10 percent discount. The Tuesday/Thursday session is $54, and the Wednesday session is $34, both plus tax.

Event: Your kid can design the new Heinz ketchup bottle 

When/Where: Online until March 4.

Why go: Prizes go up to $5,700 in cash and the chance to have your child's artwork displayed on Heinz bottles and ketchup packages.

Event: Bounce House Amusement Center  

Where/When: 765 Ash St. (off Interstate 575, exit 14). Open Monday through Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; and Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

Why Go: Kids and parents alike will love sliding down giant slides, jumping in huge bounce houses and running through inflatable obstacle courses.

Pricing: $7 for children over 3 and older; free for children 2 and under
