As you are shopping, remember, just because an item is on sale does not mean it is a great deal. Buy it if you need it, but the trick is to stock up when you have coupons on these good deal sale items. Soon you will be able to buy items only when they are sale and save money all year long with out ever running out of the groceries you love. Sale patterns typically run between 3 weeks and 3 months so if a product you love is very cheap this week, buy enough to get you through to at least the next sale.

The new sale at Publix includes a lot of great buy one, get one free deals. These include great pool side snack ideas and easy meal items.

Starting off in the refrigerated section and then moving into the food aisles, here are the best bets at Publix that I see so far this week.
Nestle Toll House Refrigerated Cookie Dough is buy one, get one free at $2.79. Use the coupon in the Publix Simple Summer Pleasures booklet found inside the store or a printable coupon found here or here.
Nestle Coffee Mate creamers are four for $6. Print a coupon here, here or here for extra savings. There are also coupons that keep coming in and out of the grocery store by these so keep your eyes peeled.
Shedd’s Spread Country Crock is buy one, get one free at $2.09. There was a coupon in the newspaper for this on May 22 or print one here.
Voskos Greek Yogurt is 10 for $9. There is a coupon in the Publix Greenwise magazine found in the store as well as a printable one here.
Taco Bell Home Originals Dinners are buy one, get one free at $2.69. There was a $1 off of two coupon in the May 1 newspaper.
Hellmann’s Easy Out! Mayonnaise is buy one, get one free at $4.99. There was a coupon in the newspaper on May 22 and there is a printable coupon at Target.
Skippy Peanut Butter is buy one, get one free at $2.49. This is a good deal by itself but also keep your eyes open for coupons at various stores since there are some out there floating around.
Doritos Tortilla Chips are buy one, get one free at$3.99. Watch for a coupon near the chips or the soda for a free 2 liter bottle of Pepsi when you buy 2 bags or these chips.
Pepperidge Farm Swirl Bread is buy one, get one free at $3.99. There were coupons in the newspaper on April 10 as well as May 15.
Quaker Instant Grits are buy one, get one free at $2.75. Watch for coupons on the boxes of the ones with 12 packets in them for extra savings.
General Mills Fiber One Cereal is buy one, get one free at $4.45. There are printable coupons at Target as well as here , here, here or here.
Crystal Light Drink Mix is buy one, get one free at $2.99. Use the Target coupon for an extra $1 off of three.
Diet Snapple Tea sold six to a pack is $5.99 and when you buy two, you get one free. Combine this deal with the coupon in the April 3rd newspaper for an extra $1 off each one.
Betty Crocker Fruit Flavored Snacks are buy one, get one free at $2.79. There were coupons in the newspaper on May 1 and on May 22 that will save you more money on these fruit snacks.
Lance Toasty Crackers are two for $4. There was a $1 off coupon in the newspaper on May 22.
Nissin Chow Mein Noodles are buy one, get one free at 79 cents. Keep your eyes open for coupon tear pads by these noodles.
Chef Boyardee pasta cans are $1 each. There are coupons in the Publix Rediscover Family booklet for extra savings.
Jack Daniel’s Barbecue Sauce is buy one, get one free at $2.29. Save 75 cents when you use the coupon from the May 8 newspaper.
Uncle Ben’s Ready Rice packages are three for $4. There are coupons on the packages that you can use that will save you an additional 75 cents off of each.
Moving on to the frozen section, here are your best deals this week at Publix.
Jala Frozen Yogurt Bars are buy one, get one free at $3.99.Print a coupon for extra savings here.
Dove Ice Cream bars are buy one, get one free at $3.49. There was a coupon for an additional $1 off of each box in the newspaper on May 1.
Mrs T’s Pierogies are buy one, get one free at $2.59.
SuperPretzel Soft Pretzels are buy one, get one free at $3.19. There were coupons in the May 1 newspaper for the dogs variety.
In the cleaning and beauty aisles, there are some good deals to watch for.
Wisk Laundry Detergent is $3.99. Use the coupon from the May 15 newspaper or print one here.
Axe Shower Gel, Deodorant or Body Sprays are all 25 percent off of their regular prices. Combine this sale with the coupons in the Publix green flyer that says Savings Are In Bloom from the May 14 newspaper or the ones from the newspaper coupon section on May 22.
