Kroger Kicks Off the Week with a Mega Sale

has a mega sale happening this week and there are a lot of items included. The sale offers $5 off when you purchase any 10 participating items. The prices below are reflecting the sale price if purchased in groups of 10 items.  You can mix and match them but be sure to keep track of the groups of 10 in your shopping cart for the most savings.

As you walk through the store, be sure to take note of what items are on sale that you may need and did not know was included in the sale. This is because they have many more items on sale than are listed in the ad. Take note and then go home and see if you have coupons for the item. If you have items and wonder if there are coupons to match the product, add a comment at the bottom of the article and I will check into for you. This allows all of us to get in on the great deals.

Remember, just because an item is on sale does not mean it is a great deal. Pairing a good sale with coupons makes for a good deal but even then, sometimes you can get better sales at different stores or on different weeks. The purpose of this Patch article each week is to find the best deals for your family to save money on groceries. 

So, far, here is a list of the best deals found at Kroger. I am positive there will be more great finds this week so keep your eyes open.

Beginning in the refrigerated section, here are some good buys. 

Jello pudding and Jello cups are $1.99. There are $1 off coupons in the April 3 newspaper making each package 99 cents. 

Laughing Cow is $1.99. There were coupons for $1 off in the April 3 newspaper. 

Danimals yogurt is $1.49. There is a Kroger e-coupon that will save you $1 off two packages. 

Land O Lakes Spread Butter with Olive Oil is $1.29. Use this printable coupon and pay 29 cents for the butter spread. 

Land O Lakes Spread butter with Canola Oil is $1.29. Use this or this coupon for extra savings. 

In the freezer section, be sure to check out these bargains. 

Red Baron Pizza is $4.49. Use the coupon from the March 27 newspaper and get an additional $1 off.

Pepperidge farms frozen breads in various flavors are under $2 each.

Kim & Scott’s Gourmet Pretzels are  $1.49. Here is a $1 off coupon which  drops the price down to 49 cents. 

In the grocery aisles, the following great deals can be found. 

Uncle Ben's Rice is $1.49. Use the coupons from March 20 newspaper for extra savings.

Kraft Bar B Que sauce is 49 cents. 

 Propel Fitness Water is 49 cents. Use the coupon from Feb. 13 newspaper and this water is free. 

Mom’s Best Naturals Cereal is on sale for 99 cents.  Here is a coupon for 75 cents off of one which makes each box 24 cents. 

Campbell's Condensed Soup is 89 cents. There were coupon in the April 3 newspaper that will drop the price down to 9 cents each once doubled. 

Quaker Rice Snacks are 79 cents. There was a coupon in the newspaper on May 1 for extra savings. Watch the packages for coupons that you can peel off and use as well. They are on some of the rice snacks. 

Ronzoni Pasta is on sale for 49 cents each. There were coupons in the April 10 newspaper that will get you this pasta for free once the coupons are doubled. 

In the home and beauty areas, the following great deals can be found. 

Nivea Sparkle Body Wash  & Men’s Body Wash is $2.49. Use the $3 off one coupons from the April 17 newspaper and get it for free. There is a Nivea printable coupon for women here that will save you $1 off one. 

Nivea Lip Care is $1.49. Use this printable $2 off 2 coupon  and pay 49 cents each when you purchase two.

Nivea For Men products are $3.40. There were $2 off one coupons in the April 17 newspaper. 

Secret deodorants are included in the sale and there were coupons in the May 1 newspaper. 

Febreeze Fabric Refresher is $2.24. Use the coupons from May 1 and save an extra $1 once the coupons are doubled.

Tide products are included in the sale. There were coupons in the May 1 newspaper to save more on this laundry care line.

 Scotch Magic Tape single roll $1.69. Use this printable  $1 off 1 coupon and pay 69 cents. 

Wiskas cat food is on sale and there were coupons in the March 27 newspaper. 

Iams pet foods are included in the sale. There were coupons in the April 17 newspaper for extra savings for your dog or cat.
