Free Items and Great Deals at Local Stores

Each week, Patch goes through all of the locals sale ads and pulls out the best deals and matches them with coupons to save your family money. Here are the ones for Kroger, Walgreens and CVS this week. If you are looking for Publix, it is

Kraft Singles are $1.79. You can put a coupon on your Kroger card at theKroger e coupon website or print a $1 off coupon here

Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls, Grands Biscuits or Pillsbury Grands Jr Biscuits are 10 for $10. There were coupons in the newspaper in April 17 and Feb. 13 that you can use. You may also print coupons here. Kr0ger customers can also load coupons on their Kroger cards at the Kroger e couponwebsite. 

Athenos Hummus, 7 ounces, is 10 for $10. There is a buy one, get one free coupon on their Facebook page. 

Pictsweet Steamables frozen Vegetables are 10 for $10. There was a coupon in the Feb. 13 newspaper for additional savings. Be on the lookout for coupons in front of this product as well as the week progresses. 

Pillsbury Toaster Strudel is two for $4. There were coupons in the newspaper on Feb. 13 and March 13. Printable coupons may be found here,  here,  here,  here, here and there is also a Target printable coupon to save you more money. You can also load up coupons onto your Kroger card that can not be combined with paper coupons by using the kroger e coupon website or the Cellfire website. 

Tony’s Crispy Crust Pizza are 10 for $10. There were coupons in the Feb. 13 newspaper as well as a printable one here.

Kellogg’s Cereal or Quaker Chewy Granola Bars are $1.98. There were cereal coupons in April 17 newspaper as well a granola bar coupon in the March 13 newspaper. Print the $1 off 2 Kellogg’s Rice or Cocoa Krispies Cereals  coupon, the $1 off 2 Kellogg’s All Bran, Crispix, or Corn Flakes coupon, the $1 off 3 Kellogg’s Cereals coupon and the $1 off 1 Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes coupon for additional savings. 

Knorr Rice or Pasta Sides are 10 for $10. Use this printable $1 off3 Knorr Rice and Pasta Sides coupon to save more money.

McCormick Grill Mates Marinade and McCormick Grill Mates Seasoning are  10 for $10. Use the $1 coupon in March 13 newspaper and get it for free. 

Softsoap Liquid Hand Soap, Ivory, Safeguard Soap or Body Wash are 10 for $10. Use the $1 off coupon from April 3 and get it for free. 

Perdue Chicken Whole Fryer is 99¢ a pound.

Boneless Chuck Roast, Beef Shoulder is $3.99 a pound.

Boneless Pork Loin is $2.49 a pound. 

Kroger Ground Beef sold in 5 pound roll is  $9.78, which is  $1.96 a pound.

Kroger Value Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs are $1.99 a pound.

Kroger Value Chicken Leg Quarters sold in a 10 pound bag is $6.90 which is 69 cents a pound.

Kroger Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cutlets, Tenderloins or Thighs, sold in bags are $6.99.

There are some items that you can get for free at this week and some you can even make money on buy purchasing. Be sure to add other items to your purchase because the cashier will not hand you back money if you have overage. You must buy enough items to cover the overage amount so you pay the store something rather than expect the store to pay you to take items off of their shelves. 

Luster White 7 Toothpaste is $4.99. You will get $4 in Register Rewards good off of your next purchase of anything at Walgreens. There was a $1.50 coupon in the newspaper on April 3. This together gets you free toothpaste. 

Splenda No Calorie Sweetener is $2.99 You will get $4 in Register Rewards good off of your next purchase of anything at Walgreens when you purchase 3 Splenda items. There was a $3 coupon in April 17 newspaper and there is  $2 printable coupon as well. If you have them all, you will get free Splenda.

Nestle Candy has some items that are on sale for 39 cents. Use the $1 off 2 from Coupons.com and get it for free. 

Moving across the street to, there are some deals this week you may wish to purchase. 

Blink Tears, Gel Tears are $7.99. You will get $7.99 back in Extra Care Bucks good on your next purchase of anything at CVS. There was also a $1 coupon in the April 3 newspaper so you can actually get it for free and make $1 for buying it. 

Physicians Formula Cosmetics start around $4.49. You will get $3 in Extra Care Bucks when you purchase 1. Use the 41 coupon from the February 27 or April 17 newspaper and  use the $5  printable coupon to get some free and very cheap cosmetics. 

Fuze and  Honest Tea are 99 cents. Use the  $1 off two coupon from April 10 and get 2 for $1.

Dove Men+Care Deodorant  is 99 cents. Use the $1 off coupon from March 27 and get it for free.
