Free Beauty Products and Dog Treats

Here are all of the greatest deals and free items at local grocery and pharmacy stores this week.

Every week, Patch goes through all of the local grocery and pharmacy sale ads to find the best deals available for your family. We match these low prices up with coupons and tell you what to stock up on while you can. Only the great deals will show up on Patch. Stores will have many more items on sale but these are not the lowest prices that the items can be bought at. Just because it is on sale does not make it a great price.

We would love for you to join us in our quest to save money. Simply save your coupon inserts with the date written on the outside cover in a file folder. It will take you just a few minutes each week to find the coupons that you need for the items you want to buy. By taking 15 minutes each week before grocery shopping, you can cut your grocery budget spending by half or more. When people say that they do not have the time to use coupons, it makes me smile. I wonder how much money they make an hour to justify not taking the few minutes to use coupons. If my bill is $100 and using sales and coupons cuts it to $50, that is 50 percent. This is an approximate average savings of new coupon users. So, 15 minutes of time makes a profit of $50. For someone to say that they do not have the time to use coupons, they would have to make $200 per hour to justify it financially to me.

Part of saving money using coupons is buying extra of items when they are a a very low stock up price. I do not personally endorse hoarding them, just buying what your family needs or will use within a reasonable amount of time, with you deciding what is a reasonable amount of time. Sometimes couponing and stocking up sends shoppers a bit over on their budget one week. Then, on weeks like this, when there is not a whole lot to get too excited to rush out and buy, they will spend less and can save some of the weekly budget for the larger shopping weeks. It will all balance out.

This is not a week that I will rush over to Target to get any of the deals in their ad this week. I will be stopping by to check out the clearance section late in the week to see how the clearance sections are doing price wise. Many are already at 50 percent off and there are several people online who are speculating that this is the week that the toys and seasonal items will go to 75 percent off. Keep your eyes peeled.

They have many racks throughout the store for clearanced clothing. be sure to check the coupon section at the Target website for coupons before you go. Currently they have a $3 off coupon to use in the men's department and these get added and pulled often.
