A New Publix Sale Is Here

I have gone through the ads many times this morning. There are a lot of items on sale, but they are not all good sales. I have pulled the best deals for you to shop for this week.

The sales lately at and alike have been good so hopefully you have a lot of dinner food at home already like I do. Fresh items are always necessary but there is not a bunch of pantry stocking up items to buy this week from Publix. 

Hebrew National Hot Dogs are on sale buy one, get one free. In the yellow booklet right inside the door of the market, there is a coupon booklet. It has $1 off one package coupons inside. These expire on Feb. 11 so be sure to do this deal quickly. Normally these dogs are $4.99 each. This sale knocks them down to $1.50 each. These kosher dogs are great on the bbq during the summer.

Starbucks Ice Cream is on sale buy one, get one free at $4.15. Use the $1 off one coupons and get each one for $1.07 each. This coupon is at this website. 

Eggo waffles are buy one, get one free at $2.85. This is a great price and if you use the Special K kind, you can print a coupon at the Target website for more savings. 

Old El Paso Taco Shells are buy one, get one free at $2.25. In Jan. 30 newspaper there were coupons that will make these taco shells pennies per box.

Yoplait Fiber One four packs are buy one, get one free at $2.50. Use coupons from www.yoplait.com, target.com, and your Jan. 2 newspaper and get these four packs for as low as 25 cents each.

Cool Whip is buy one, get one free at $1.47. Use the $1 off 2 from the Target website and get two containers for 47 cents. This freezes well. 

If you are bread picky like I am, Arnold Whole Grain Bread is buy one, get one free at $3.99. It is not cheap for bread and I have no coupons for it, but I will pick up an extra loaf for the freezer at this price. 

Jello snacks are three for $6. Combine this deal with coupons from www.coupons.com and Target's coupon website and the kids can have some tasty treats for little money.

Pilsbury ready to bake cookie dough is on sale for $2 each. There are coupons at www.coupons.com to print as well as at this website. 

The good deals on meat at Publix until next Wednesday include the following.

Whole chicken is on sale for $1.19 a pound. These are easy to pop in the oven, crock pot or pull apart to cook as you choose. I make chicken stock and soup out of these birds. 

Pork roast or pork end is $1.99 a pound.

Ham is $1.79 a pound.

Moving into produce, there are a few items that are great deals.

Cantaloupes are $1.50 each.

California Navel Oranges are 99¢ a pound.

Broccoli is $2.

The five-pound bags of Idaho potatoes are $2.99.

Don't forget this cleaning item, it is at a great price.

Lysol Trigger spray cleaners are buy one, get one free at $2.69. Use the coupons at this website and this comes down to about 85 cents each.

If you shop on Friday, be sure to use the mystery penny item coupon from Thursday's Atlanta Journal Constitution newspaper. You will be able to purchase a two-liter bottle of Publix brand soda for a penny when you spend $10 on groceries.
