Siblings Injured in North Forsyth Crash - Cumming Patch
A brother and sister were both injured Friday afternoon following a single-vehicle crash in north Forsyth County, according to authorities.
Investigators were on the scene of an officer-involved shooting in Avondale Estates on Friday night. Witnesses said a suspect got into a scuffle with an officer and the officer shot him.
Avondale Estates Chief of Police Gary Broden said it started around 5:45 p.m. when an officer spotted a vehicle speeding on Covington Highway. The driver ran the light on Kensington Road. Carrollton Man Killed in House Fire - Atlanta Journal-Constitution
A 70-year-old Carrollton man was killed in an early Saturday fire, the Carroll County coroner said.
