Sequoyah Students Team Up for Elections
With the polls opening in 2012, some teens are learning first hand about the key to democracy.
Students at cast votes for homecoming court on Friday using electronic voting machines provided by the Cherokee County Office of Elections and Voter Registration.
The voting machines are the same ones used on election day, so students will know how to work them when they go to vote.
