Readers' Choice: Pet Boarding

Where do you take your pet when you go on vacation?

Leaving your kids with someone is one thing. You try it once, they tell you what they like or don't like, you judge the sitter based on your child. Leaving your pet is a different beast all together.

Since your pet can't tell you what they want or need, it's imperative to send them to a trustworthy boarding.

This week's Readers' Choice asks just that.

With summer break upon us and trips coming up, where do you send your dog when you leave town?

Your choices are:

You have until Friday at 9 a.m. to vote. Reviews and comments will count for half of the final tally. We cannot add any businesses to the listing, but will consider them for later polls. The winner will be announced Friday at noon.

Your choices seem to be all geared toward dogs. What about us cat people. I need a place where I can leave my 2 full grown cats that will not just put them in a cage
but will let them out in a place to walk and play. They are brother and sister and have never been apart so they need to be together. Is there such a place?

The choices were just the ones listed in our directory, but I don't think they're dog-exclusive. I'm fairly certain these places board both dogs and cats.
