More wastes of taxpayer money....Hispanics with no licenses (shock!) and young guys with less than one oz marijuana.

Sweeney you are wrong.

Thats big bucks. each misdemeanor has about 3.5K in fines after all is said and done, then the lawyer, probation fee of 45 bucks every month "which you pay them that money so you can go sit in their office once a month for 3 hours to sign a piece of a paper and leave' 50 dollars per drug test.

then you have your drug and alcohol class's usually about 12-60 hours on that at 25 bucks an hour. then you have community service which is free labor either scooping crap at the shelter, or picking up trash on the road.

felony gets them even more money, longer probation periods, and more drug therapy hours. as well as community service

No sir Sweeney. that is big bucks.

as for the illegals... yeah usually just alot of paper work for them to file.

Heather,

We welcome any opportunity to update any article with new, relevant information or to correct a factual error. If you can provide any details from the court or a judge, I can definitely review that.

Best,

Imagine that this is public knowledge anyway, so Justin you need to change nothing. Mug shots are 'plastered' all over the place...this one just seems to hit a little closer to home!! Please bring on the case files; would LOVE to read the details of any case. Guilty until proven innocent, right?! Too funny. Don't like the mug shots, don't get caught up in one! Don't like the public info, move to where technology has not caught up with life!
